The graphics on this website are copyright © 1999 - 2007 Falcin Internet Architecture. Use of the graphics indicates acceptance of our terms of use. Falcin Internet Architecture retains copyright on all images, even after purchase, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Flats are free to personal home pages only - for commercial use, you must purchase a license for the set. Flats may be purchased for exclusive use. Contact us for pricing information. Please be aware that while your purchase of the set removes it from future use, it may be in use on other sites that obtained the graphics before your purchase.

Move-Ins and Suites are available for exclusive purchase to personal and commercial pages, but are still subject to these terms of use (the only exception is that Suites do not require a link back). Pricing information is included with each set. You may not use Move-Ins or Suites for commercial purposes, other than as the background and navigational images on your own website, without the express permission of Falcin Internet Architecture.

If you wish to license a set for commercial use, or to have a set created specifically for you, please contact us. Commercial use is defined as the use of the sets on any page that sells anything, either directly or through affiliations (i.e., commissions earned through amazon.com, beyond.com, or the like), and the use of the sets to design a site for a client or profit from their use.

Do not link to this server - save the graphics to your own hard drive, and upload them to your server. Linking directly to this server is considered Bandwidth Theft. Filenames and image locations may be changed or removed from this site entirely, so stealing bandwith may result in broken images.

Do not alter these graphics by resizing, recoloring, renaming, or using portions of any graphics to make your own or to make a logo or banner that match the set. The only thing you have permission to do is to add text to the blank buttons and title images of the linkware sets. We will add text to blank buttons for you - see our Ordering and Payment information for details.

Whether you use one image or a whole set of graphics, a small link back to this site is required on the same page. This can be a text link, such as Graphics by Falcin Internet Architecture or Graphics copyright of Falcin Internet Architecture, with a link to http://falcin.com. Most sets have matching logos, or you can choose one from the Logos page. Once your page is created, e-mail us with the address of the page(s) which use our graphics.
